Cookie policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026. This policy explains how ContentSpark Co Pte. Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies on contentsparkco.pro, how long data is stored, which third-party vendors may be involved, and how you can manage or opt out of non-essential cookies.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, maintain security, and — where you give consent — measure how visitors use pages and whether our own promotional activity is effective. Similar technologies include local storage entries, session storage, and pixel tags (sometimes called tracking pixels) embedded in pages to record events such as page views or form submissions.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore, information collected through cookies may constitute personal data when it can identify you or be linked to your device. Where that applies, our Privacy Policy governs how we handle the data and your rights of access and correction.
2. Who operates this site?
ContentSpark Co Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202563841K), 55 Neil Road #02-03, Singapore 088892, operates contentsparkco.pro. Cookie and consent enquiries: [email protected] or +65 6223 4167.
3. Categories of cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary
These cookies are essential for the website to function and cannot be switched off through our consent banner. They include the consent storage cookie that records your choice so the banner does not reappear on every visit. Necessary cookies do not track you across other websites for advertising purposes.
3.2 Analytics
Analytics cookies, when enabled with your consent, help us understand how visitors navigate contentsparkco.pro — which pages attract attention, how users move between services and work examples, and whether technical issues affect experience. Data is aggregated where possible. We use analytics to improve site structure and editorial clarity, not to guarantee marketing outcomes for client campaigns, which are governed by separate service agreements.
3.3 Marketing
Marketing cookies, when enabled with your consent, may support measurement of ContentSpark's own promotional activity — for example, whether a visitor arrived from a paid search or social campaign, and whether they later submitted an enquiry. They may include advertising pixels that allow remarketing to past site visitors on third-party platforms. Marketing cookies on contentsparkco.pro are not used to track performance of client campaigns on client-owned properties.
4. Cookie and storage reference table
The following table describes cookies and storage entries commonly used on contentsparkco.pro. Exact cookies present depend on your consent selection and whether third-party tags are active.
- cs_cookie_consent (necessary) — Stores your Accept all, Reject all, or Customise preference as JSON. Duration: 180 days (six months). Set by: ContentSpark. Path: /.
- _ga (analytics, if consented) — Google Analytics 4 client identifier. Duration: up to 2 years. Set by: Google. Used for aggregated traffic measurement.
- _ga_* (analytics, if consented) — Google Analytics 4 session state. Duration: up to 2 years. Set by: Google.
- _gid (analytics, if consented) — Google Analytics short-lived user distinction. Duration: 24 hours. Set by: Google.

- li_sugr / AnalyticsSyncHistory (marketing, if consented) — LinkedIn Insight Tag identifiers for B2B campaign measurement. Duration: up to 90 days. Set by: LinkedIn.
Session-only technical cookies set by our hosting infrastructure may also appear during active browsing; these expire when you close your browser.
5. Third-party vendors
When you consent to optional cookie categories, data may be processed by the following categories of vendors. Each operates under its own privacy policy; links are provided for your review.
- Google Analytics 4 (analytics) — Traffic and engagement measurement. Privacy: policies.google.com/privacy. Opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google Ads conversion tracking (marketing) — Measures whether site visits follow ad interactions. Privacy: Google Privacy Policy. Ads settings: adssettings.google.com.
- Meta Pixel (marketing) — Campaign measurement and remarketing for Meta platforms. Privacy: facebook.com/privacy/policy. Ad preferences: Facebook Settings → Ads.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (marketing) — B2B campaign analytics for LinkedIn advertising. Privacy: linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy. Opt-out: LinkedIn account advertising preferences.
We assess vendors before activation and configure tags to fire only when you have consented to the relevant category. We do not sell cookie data to data brokers.
6. How to manage consent on this site
On your first visit to contentsparkco.pro, a cookie banner offers three options:
- Accept all — Enables necessary, analytics, and marketing cookies. Your choice is stored for six months.
- Reject all — Enables only strictly necessary cookies (including consent storage). Analytics and marketing tags are not activated. Your choice is stored for six months.
- Customise — Opens a modal where you independently toggle analytics and marketing. Necessary cookies remain active. Your selection is stored for six months.
Consent is recorded in the cs_cookie_consent cookie for one hundred and eighty days. After expiry, the banner displays again so you may revisit your choice. To change preferences before expiry, clear cookies for contentsparkco.pro in your browser settings and reload the page — the banner will reappear.
7. Browser and platform opt-out controls
In addition to our on-site banner, you may limit cookies through browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, or browse in private mode. Consult your browser documentation for instructions — options vary by Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
Platform-level opt-outs may also be available:
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Google Ads personalisation: visit Google Ads Settings
- Meta: adjust ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings
- LinkedIn: manage advertising data in LinkedIn privacy settings
- Industry programmes: some regions support cross-site opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance choices page where available
Disabling necessary cookies may prevent the consent banner from remembering your choice and could affect form security features. Rejecting analytics and marketing cookies does not prevent you from using the site.
8. Six-month consent storage
ContentSpark stores your cookie consent decision for exactly six months (180 days) before asking again. This period aligns with our privacy policy retention statement and is implemented in /js/main.js using the cs_cookie_consent key with a 180-day expiry. The stored value is a JSON object indicating whether analytics and marketing categories were accepted. No advertising profiles are built from necessary cookies alone.
9. Relationship to privacy policy
Personal data collected via cookies is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where cookie data constitutes personal data, you retain PDPA rights including access and correction requests directed to [email protected].
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove vendors, change consent mechanics, or respond to regulatory guidance. The last-updated date at the top of this page will change accordingly. Material updates may be noted on the website homepage or in the consent banner text.
11. Contact
