Terms of use
Last updated: 9 July 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of contentsparkco.pro, operated by ContentSpark Co Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
1. About ContentSpark
ContentSpark Co Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202563841K) is a private company limited by shares registered in Singapore, with its registered address at 55 Neil Road #02-03, Singapore 088892. We operate as a full-service marketing agency specialising in content marketing, editorial strategy, brand storytelling, SEO content, social media editorial, creative production, paid media support, marketing automation, and analytics for client brands in Singapore and the APAC market.
These Terms of Use apply to your browsing and interaction with contentsparkco.pro. Separate written agreements — including proposals, statements of work, and retainer contracts — govern paid agency services and take precedence over these website terms where they conflict.
2. Brand interpretation and domain meaning
ContentSpark's name, domain, and visual identity carry specific meanings intended to describe our professional services. To avoid misunderstanding, we set out the following interpretations:
2.1 The .pro domain and "co" in our name
The domain contentsparkco.pro and the word "co" in ContentSpark Co Pte. Ltd. are branding choices only. They do not indicate that we operate a professional certification body, a cooperative membership organisation, or a generic commercial directory. The .pro top-level domain is used as a brand identifier for our editorial marketing studio — not as a claim of regulated professional accreditation beyond our status as a registered Singapore company delivering marketing services.
2.2 "Content" means content marketing, not publishing
When ContentSpark refers to "content," we mean content marketing services delivered for client brands: editorial calendars, brand storytelling, long-form guides, SEO articles, social copy, thought-leadership programmes, and the analytics that measure whether those assets perform. We do not operate a content-hosting platform, user-generated content marketplace, news publisher, magazine, blog network, or public content repository. Assets we produce are delivered to clients for publication on client-owned channels under agreed licences. We are a marketing services agency, not a media outlet.
2.3 "Spark" means creative ignition, not electrical goods
"Spark" in ContentSpark refers to the moment an idea catches — a headline that stops a scroll, a narrative that makes a complex product legible, a content audit that explains why a blog flatlined. It describes creative ignition within marketing campaigns. It does not refer to electrical engineering products, fireworks retail, ignition hardware, or any goods unrelated to marketing strategy and editorial craft.
2.4 No confusion with other brands
ContentSpark is an independent Singapore marketing agency. We are not affiliated with contentvertex.one, contentcircuit.life, or other similarly named brands in unrelated prompt packs or jurisdictions. References on this site to ContentSpark describe only ContentSpark Co Pte. Ltd.
3. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing contentsparkco.pro, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age or accessing the site on behalf of a business organisation with authority to accept these terms. You agree to use the website lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by applicable law.
4. Website content and permitted use
All text, design, layout, logos, photography, and original materials on contentsparkco.pro are owned by ContentSpark Co Pte. Ltd. or used under licence, unless otherwise stated. You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference related to evaluating our agency services.
Without our prior written consent, you may not:
- Reproduce, republish, or distribute site content for commercial purposes
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from site materials
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use automated scraping, harvesting, or data-mining tools on the site
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, forms, or backend systems
- Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content
Case studies, metrics, and illustrative results shown on work.php and elsewhere reflect past or anonymised client engagements. They are presented for context and craft demonstration — not as promises of future performance for your brand.
5. Nature of services described on this site
ContentSpark is a professional marketing agency that plans and runs client campaigns. Services described on contentsparkco.pro — including brand strategy, campaign planning, Google Ads and paid social support, SEO content, social media editorial, creative production, marketing automation, and conversion optimisation — are delivered under separate commercial agreements, not automatically by browsing this website.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance without a signed or written agreement between you and ContentSpark. Enquiry form submission initiates a conversation; it does not create a binding contract. Proposals, scopes, fees in SGD, and deliverables are defined in project documentation agreed by both parties.
We are not a marketing course provider, training academy, financial adviser, legal adviser, investment service, or software product you license by using this website. We do not sell get-rich-quick schemes, crypto or trading promotion, or multi-level marketing programmes.
6. No guaranteed rankings, reach, leads, or ROI
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside ContentSpark's sole control, including your budget, product quality, market conditions, competitive activity, platform algorithm changes, audience behaviour, and the timeliness of client approvals. Accordingly:
- We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, organic traffic levels, social reach, engagement rates, lead volumes, sales figures, revenue, or return on investment
- We do not promise that any campaign will "go viral," achieve a defined share of voice, or outperform competitors within a stated timeframe unless explicitly agreed in a signed contract with measurable assumptions disclosed in writing — and even then, such commitments are subject to the limitations and force majeure provisions of that contract
- Performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI framing in our reporting describe observed results under specific conditions; they are not universal predictions
- Testimonials, anonymised case studies, and illustrative figures on this site describe past work and should not be read as assurances of equivalent future results
Clients engaging ContentSpark for SEO content, paid media, or integrated campaigns should expect honest reporting and recommendations — not guaranteed outcomes. Our role is to apply editorial craft, strategic planning, and analytics discipline to improve your marketing effectiveness within realistic constraints.
7. Marketing and results disclaimer
ContentSpark provides marketing and advertising services including strategy, paid media, SEO, content, social media, and creative production for client brands. We do not guarantee specific rankings, reach, leads, sales, revenue, or return on investment. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including budget, market conditions, product and competition. Any case studies, metrics, or figures shown on this website reflect past client work and are not a promise of future performance.
This is a professional marketing services firm. Nothing on contentsparkco.pro constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals for decisions in those domains. References to ROI, KPIs, conversion rates, or campaign metrics are framing tools for marketing discussion — not audited financial guarantees.
8. User submissions and enquiries
When you submit information through our contact form or by email, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide it. You must not submit confidential information belonging to third parties without their consent, unlawful content, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
Form submission requires explicit PDPA consent via the consent_pdpa checkbox, which is not pre-ticked. By submitting, you consent to our collection and use of your enquiry data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use a honeypot field and other measures to reduce spam; automated or abusive submissions may be blocked without notice.
Ideas, briefs, or creative concepts you share during exploratory discussions remain yours unless otherwise agreed in writing. ContentSpark does not claim ownership of your pre-existing brand assets submitted for evaluation.
9. Third-party links and tools
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, or tools operated by other organisations. Those links are provided for convenience. ContentSpark does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Where we reference platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok, we describe services we may manage on behalf of clients. We are not an official partner badge holder unless explicitly stated on this site, and platform names are used descriptively only.
10. Intellectual property
The ContentSpark name, logo, site design, copy, and original creative materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use may result in legal action. Stock photography on this site is used under licence from image providers; those images may not be extracted or reused independently of our page design.
Client work product ownership is governed by project contracts. Unless otherwise agreed, clients receive agreed usage rights to deliverables upon payment; ContentSpark may retain portfolio rights only where the client has given written permission or where work is sufficiently anonymised.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Contentsparkco.pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, ContentSpark disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's operation, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, though we take reasonable steps to maintain security and availability.
Information on this site is general in nature and may become outdated. Service descriptions, indicative SGD pricing ranges, and capability statements are subject to change without notice until confirmed in a written proposal.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ContentSpark Co Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of contentsparkco.pro, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising directly from your use of this website (excluding liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law) shall not exceed SGD 100. Liability for paid agency services is governed by the relevant services agreement, not these website terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Singapore.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContentSpark Co Pte. Ltd. from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or your submission of unlawful or infringing content through our forms or communications.
14. Privacy and cookies
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. Cookie consent choices are stored for six months in the cs_cookie_consent cookie.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of contentsparkco.pro, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Before commencing formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] so we may attempt to resolve concerns informally.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ContentSpark regarding website use, superseding prior oral or written understandings on that subject.
