Questions we hear before the first draft

ContentSpark team standup at Neil Road studio

Practical answers about our content marketing agency, Singapore operations and how we work with brands across the APAC market.

Is ContentSpark a content-hosting platform or blog publisher, and do you guarantee Google rankings or traffic?

No. We are a content and editorial marketing agency that plans and produces campaigns for client brands — "content" means content marketing services, not publishing, a news outlet or a hosting platform. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or ROI; outcomes depend on budget, market, product and competition. The `.pro` TLD and "co" are branding only.

Do you work on retainer or project basis?

Both. Retainers suit ongoing editorial programmes, SEO content and social media cadence — typically three-month initial terms with 30-day notice. Projects cover content audits, voice guides, campaign-specific copy packages and go-to-market editorial launches. We scope each engagement with clear deliverables and KPIs.

What are typical SGD budgets?

Content-led retainers start from SGD 4,500 per month for SMEs. Mid-market programmes with paid media support, SEO and analytics range from SGD 8,000–15,000 monthly. Standalone projects: content audits from SGD 5,500, strategy builds from SGD 8,000, copy packages from SGD 3,200. Final quotes reflect channel mix and reporting depth.

How long does onboarding take?

Two to three weeks for most retainers: kickoff workshop, content audit, access to analytics and CMS, editorial calendar draft, voice alignment. First published pieces typically appear in week four, subject to your review cycles. Rush timelines are possible with adjusted scope.

Which channels and platforms do you cover?

Editorial content for websites, blogs, guides, email and CRM marketing, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and X. We support Google Ads and paid social with landing page copy and creative briefs. SEO content, marketing automation, programmatic content distribution where appropriate, and conversion optimisation on key pages. Media buying is coordinated with your team or partner agency.

How often do you report?

Monthly marketing dashboard for retainers: traffic, engagement, assisted conversions, content performance by pillar, email metrics and paid media efficiency where we support creative. Quarterly strategy reviews for ROI framing and editorial adjustments. Ad-hoc reports available on request.

What are your contract and notice terms?

Retainers: three-month initial term, then rolling monthly with 30-day written notice. Projects: fixed scope and timeline in the statement of work. Intellectual property transfers on payment unless otherwise agreed. Content we produce for you is yours; we retain the right to describe anonymised work in our portfolio.

How do you handle personal data under PDPA?

We collect only data necessary to deliver services and respond to enquiries. Consent is obtained explicitly — our contact form checkbox is never pre-ticked. Data is stored securely in Singapore-hosted systems where possible. You may request access, correction or withdrawal via [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy.

What do you NOT do?

We do not guarantee rankings, reach, leads, sales or ROI. We do not offer get-rich-quick schemes, crypto or trading promotion, MLM marketing, accredited courses or training academies. We do not operate a content-hosting platform, news publisher or magazine. We do not sell marketing SaaS or ad-tech products. We are a professional marketing agency — not financial, legal or investment advisers.

Who owns ad accounts, tools and content?

Your brand owns all ad accounts, analytics properties and published content. We work within your tools or recommend platforms — you retain admin access. We do not hold client accounts hostage. Licences for stock imagery and fonts are transferred or documented in the statement of work.

ContentSpark provides content and editorial marketing services for client brands. We do not guarantee specific rankings, reach, leads, sales or return on investment.
